  • Absolutely! We love  to visit our clients and meet face-to-face. Wherever possible, we’ll arrange regular group sessions that put your dedicated D2MS agents in the same room as your in-house team.

    A core part of our service is becoming an extension of your brand and company culture, so that we represent you fully when speaking with customers.

  • Will the staff on my campaign be used for other companies?
  • No – each client gets a dedicated resource of brand ambassadors and telephone agents. Part of the success of our campaigns rests on providing a team which lives and breaths your brand for the duration.

  • How does D2MS ensure quality customer interactions?
  • We have dedicated training and quality control teams to ensure the highest quality interactions between our staff and your customers. Training and re-training to maintain standards is a constant at D2MS, ensuring every agent feels confident and delivers results.

  • How long does it take to get a campaign set up?
  • We work efficiently to understand the needs and objectives of each client – so whilst timeframes vary with the scale of the campaign, we understand the importance of moving at pace. The time we spend on preparing and getting to know a brand always pays dividends.

    Omni-channel marketing is carefully timed to match the cycle of annual events.

  • How soon will we see results from our campaign?

  • D2MS pays both hourly and through commission. All our team are employed, with a stable income, with the added benefit of uncapped earning potential.
